Elaine - Executive Head Chef
Elaine is the original founder, a director and head chef of the business. Elaine has been cooking from a very young age and, growing up in Cornwall, it was no surprise that Cornish pasties were one of her first cooking experiences. Elaine’s Kitchen started in South Africa, where she spent her early married life and it was as much a success back then as it is now. Elaine has always been an excellent teacher and has taught all her three children how to cook as well as the public through her past cookery courses.
Catherine - Catering Manager
Catherine has definitely learnt everything she knows from her mum and is every bit as gifted. Now after starting her own family and business, she is passing on her talents to her two young boys. Having worked with Elaine’s Kitchen for several years, Catherine has joined as a director and Catering Manager of Elaine’s Kitchen.
Becca - Managing Director
Becca is the youngest director of Elaine’s Kitchen and she is also the bossiest! She has managed the company into the thriving business it is today. Becca is also a versatile young chef but her speciality is baking! She is known as ‘Queen of cakes’ and is always baking up a storm in the Old Bell Kitchen.
