Elaine – Many thanks for your outstanding catering at the Fete on Sunday. I have received many compliments on your cooking, such as ‘really surpassed herself’, best Elaine catering ever’, ‘perfect fresh vegetables’, ’soft but firm souffles’, ‘ lovely lamb’ etc. Thank you also for cleaning the glasses, it saved me a long job! We are a long way from next year’s do but your name will be top of the list of possible caterers.

I am writing on behalf of the Twinning Association Committee and indeed of everyone (French and English) who were at Bishop Sutton Village Hall on Saturday 3rd November, to thankyou and your colleagues for a wonderful meal.

Everything was prepared expertly, and served in a friendly and professional way. Everyone commented very favourably on how good the food was, and our French guests left with a few more illusions about English cuisine well and truly shattered.
